Question: Do I need to pay upfront?
Answer: To secure your spot in our production schedule, we require either full payment or a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin designing or stitching your piece.
Question: Can I see a preview before you start stitching?
Answer: Yes! For custom designs, we send a digital mockup for your approval to ensure every detail is perfect before we begin the embroidery process.
Question: What types of items can you embroider?

Question: Where do you ship?
Answer: We are based in Toronto and ship all across Canada and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
